Dispatched from: Sector 75, Faridabad, Haryana - 121004. Orders processed Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking info may take 12 to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch. If not updating after 48 hours contact us immediately.

Damaged in Transit

Our guarantee to you

  • Do not accept visibly damaged parcels - mark as Damaged with courier at delivery
  • If damage found after opening take clear photos or videos of packaging and product immediately
  • Email tryzarva@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8929840767 within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund - your choice
Report within 48 hours. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Delivery Failures

What happens if delivery is missed?

  • Courier typically attempts delivery 2 to 3 times before returning the package
  • If returned we will contact you to arrange re-delivery - re-delivery charges may apply
  • Prepaid order refusals are not eligible for shipping fee refund
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction from future COD orders
Ensure your phone number and address are correct at checkout. Courier will call before most delivery attempts.

Where we cannot deliver

  • We do not ship internationally at this time
  • Some remote pincodes in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep may not be serviceable
  • Army postal codes and PO Box addresses are not accepted
  • Delivery to specific zones may be paused during regional disruptions
