At Zarva, every order is quality-checked before dispatch and shipped with care across all states and union territories of India.

Dispatched from: Sector 75, Faridabad, Haryana - 121004. Orders processed Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2 to 3 Business Days - fastest as we ship from Faridabad
North and West India
3 to 5 Business Days - UP, Rajasthan, Punjab, Gujarat, Maharashtra

5 to 7 Business Days - AP, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Bengal
Remote Areas and North-East
7 to 10 Business Days - Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh

Zarva is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions.

Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS with your AWB tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Tracking info may take 12 to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch. If not updating after 48 hours contact us immediately.

Our guarantee to you

Do not accept visibly damaged parcels - mark as Damaged with courier at delivery
If damage found after opening take clear photos or videos of packaging and product immediately

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund - your choice

Report within 48 hours. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

What happens if delivery is missed?

Courier typically attempts delivery 2 to 3 times before returning the package
If returned we will contact you to arrange re-delivery - re-delivery charges may apply
Prepaid order refusals are not eligible for shipping fee refund
Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction from future COD orders

Ensure your phone number and address are correct at checkout. Courier will call before most delivery attempts.

Where we cannot deliver

We do not ship internationally at this time
Some remote pincodes in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep may not be serviceable
Army postal codes and PO Box addresses are not accepted
Delivery to specific zones may be paused during regional disruptions
