- Do not accept visibly damaged parcels - mark as Damaged with courier at delivery

- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund - your choice
Delivery Failures
What happens if delivery is missed?
- Courier typically attempts delivery 2 to 3 times before returning the package
- If returned we will contact you to arrange re-delivery - re-delivery charges may apply
- Prepaid order refusals are not eligible for shipping fee refund
- Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction from future COD orders
Shipping Restrictions
Where we cannot deliver
- We do not ship internationally at this time
- Some remote pincodes in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep may not be serviceable
- Army postal codes and PO Box addresses are not accepted
- Delivery to specific zones may be paused during regional disruptions
