Cancellations

Order cancellation window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched
  • Once dispatched cancellation is not possible - you may initiate a return after delivery

  • Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded within 5 to 7 business days

Exchange Policy

Replacing your product

We currently offer exchanges only in cases where the wrong product was delivered or the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Exchanges are like-for-like only - same product, same variant
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos
  • We arrange free reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item at no extra cost
  • Exchange orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of approval
