Our refund and return policy is designed in full accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019. We want every Zarva customer to feel confident and protected when shopping with us.
To raise a return or refund request, contact us within the eligible window with your order number and supporting photos or videos.
What is Eligible for Return or Refund?
Conditions we cover
- Product received in damaged or broken condition
- Product is defective or leaking upon arrival
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product is missing from the order
- Expired product delivered
- Opened or used products (due to hygiene reasons)
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
- Claims raised after the 48-hour reporting window
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance

Cancellations
Order cancellation window
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched
- Once dispatched cancellation is not possible - you may initiate a return after delivery

- Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded within 5 to 7 business days
Exchange Policy
Replacing your product
We currently offer exchanges only in cases where the wrong product was delivered or the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Exchanges are like-for-like only - same product, same variant
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos
- We arrange free reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item at no extra cost
- Exchange orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of approval
