These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Zarva, operated by Zarva, a business registered and operating from Sector 75, Faridabad, Haryana, India – PIN 121004.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its related systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content including malware or spam
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without prior written consent

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

We make every effort to display product colours, ingredients, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Minor variations may exist.

All products sold by Zarva are herbal and natural hair care products. While our products are crafted with high-quality natural ingredients, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation shall be the final price.

Order confirmation via email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable, a pricing error is identified, or payment is not successfully processed.

We ship across India through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, logistics delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Zarva is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier. We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation. Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

• Damaged / Defective Products: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence to tryzarva@gmail.com
• Wrong Product Delivered: Contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pickup and resend the correct product at no cost
• Opened / Used Products: We do not accept returns of opened or used products due to hygiene reasons, unless defective
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
• Non-Returnable: Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or normal wear are not eligible for return

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of Zarva and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in civil or criminal liability.

The Zarva name, logo, and tagline are registered trademarks. Use of our trademarks in any manner without written permission is strictly prohibited.

User-submitted content (reviews, photos) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share such content for marketing purposes.

Our products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Zarva be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our products or website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The following Indian legislations apply:

• Information Technology Act, 2000 (and amendments)
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Sale of Goods Act, 1930
• Indian Contract Act, 1872

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India.

For consumer grievances, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the appropriate State Consumer Forum as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
